After extensive searching it appears to me that there is no way (yet) to trade in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver using no$gba thus the only way to acquire Pokémon such as Alakazam and the Porygon evolutions is by hacking the save file. Can anyone confirm this? And how easy would that be for someone, like me, who has never done anything like it before? Like changing the evolution condition, like the [2166]EvEditorDP.zip but for HeartGold or SoulSilver?

1) Download Pokesav HGSS full english translated 0.03
FROM THIS LINK
2) Download a SAV FILE CONVERTER
Forwarding to http://gba.mywebcommunity.org/
3) Open .sav file with CONVERTER
4) Convert
5) Open CONVERTED sav file with the HGSS pokesav
6) CLICK EDIT on any pokemon you want to edit.
Edit the form of the pokemon by clicking the scroll down menu.
7) Click ok, then save.
8) Rename save file so it is the same as the original game (without .nds)

Its absolutely impossible for the game to be FULL translated in the space of a month and a half.
