I have a pentium 4, 2GHz, and 512Mb, but in the output screen shows:

Maximum accessable memory 32 Mb
and something like clkspeed 300Mhz

Why theese values are that weak?

Is it possible to change them?

Yes. The PS2 runs at a clock speed of about 300 MHz, and has 32 MB of user-accessable RAM. Just in case you ask, the reason the emulator is so slow even though the processor has a low clock speed is because the games are running on the emulator, so it's software running on software, or virtual hardware, instead of software on hardware.
