Anyone got an idea what am doing wrong?
Game runs fine but sound ain't working at all, neither
effects nor the soundtrack. Using Win2k and some soundblaster16.

What audio plugin are you using and what are the settings ?
Make sure all options (except spu irq which can be toggled)are enabled in epsxe sound setiings.
