it looks like an old beta of LoZ:OoT that's probably what the fairies looked like before they decided to put them into their now "jungle" look.

Well I don't thinks so because when You compare that image to real beta images like those:

You can see that the rupees meter and other stuff are misplaced not to mention other stuff not in the final game. As You can see on that fairy picture there's young Link in his form from final game and all the meters are in correct position. The only thing odd is that fairy... It would be better to see but i only have that low quality screen. I think it might be a fake or somehow accesible e.g by using gameshark codes, but apparently noone knows anything about it :(.

It is beta, very late beta.. infact, from a prerelease version given to Nintendo's testers.

OoT was translated in Japan anyway, they were both completed at the exact same time.. the language (Japanese/English) is determined by 1 boolean variable at 8111B819 000? (V1.0 U).

-?-
1 = english, 0 = Japanese.

I couldn't be from the beta because the text on the action icon isn't in Japanese. It may be a fake, but it's hard to tell since the image is so small.
-_- good job letting everyone know you cant read japanese.

the text on the action icon says ナビィ, romanized as nabii, the Japanese name for Navi (your fairy).

If that fairy is from alpha/beta of Zelda-OoT, then WHY THE HELL they changed it to that current ugly-beyond-words-thing? They said somewhere about beautifull great fairy, but when i saw her first time, i did high-pitched scream and ran away from room. :lol: That one from possible beta one looks great, so i dunno what the f*** was nintendo thinking...

OOO, no that fairy is too sexy... let's replace it with something else.

:lol:

Yeah, instead of giving sweet wet dreams to some hyper-active otaku's they decided to give 'em some horrible nightmares. :evil:

Uhh, I was reffering to the picture at the top where it obviously says Navi in english. And for your information, I can read ひらがな, カタカナ, and a bit of 漢字.
ok, well in that case, instead of me proving you wrong, cooliscool proved you wrong. i dont mean to be a dick, but it's true.

Either way you still attempted to ***** him up for no reason.

Throwing random Japanese words everywhere isn't as cool as you think, I hope you realise, even if you can indeed read them. Take into account that not many other people can.
