THPS3 video problems

When I first start THPS3 the opening videos don't appear. i have tried both the cd and an ISO image. even when i try to open it from the options menu same thing. does any else have this problem. ir works fine on my PSX

tell me some info about your plugins /video card i managed to get thps3 working perfectully (execpt i have to remember to press f4 before an after i save heres my working settings for thps3 and alotta other games goo dluck try also disabling the mdecs heres PROOF lugin: Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.1.54
