Hi there! I have a problem with the emulator that i’ve downloaded from your site;maybe you can help me pls. i have all the plugins , i have the bios files, i have 2 original dvd’s (grand turismo 4 and tekken 4, both pal games..my bios is a pal version..i do not know if it maters) the bios that i am using is (PS2 Bios PAL SCPH30004R V6.bin PS2 Bios PAL SCPH30004R V6.NVM) europe version 01.60 , and i have downloaded pete’s plugin for runing directly the dvd ;anyway i tried with a image of the game, ripped with dvd wizard pro, and i have the same problem, my screen remains black..no sign of any movement on the emulator window. My system configuration is sempron 2200+,512 ddr 400, vga palit 9800 se 128mb/256 biti, motherboard abit guru..and dvd/rw plextor..pls contact me if you are so kind and help me with the configuration process of the emulator...i am working at an IT shop and i can put any vga on the system..so if there is a problem with my pc components...pls tell me about it! Thanks for reading this thread..and pls i am waiting for a solution

Probably the game isn't compatible with the emu yet.
I haven't tried GT4 or Tekken right now, I can only suggest you to try various settings with plugins...
Anyway, don't expect the game to be playable.
PCSX2 isn't meant to allow you to play PS2 games without a real PS2.
And even if it plays, it will be VERY slow on your PC... probably 1-2 FPS in game...
If you want to play GT4 or Tekken4you better wait and return here after some months

thanks pple..sorry about posting the thread in a different section of the forum....and if there are some links for downloading aditional plugins for this version of the emulator...vga plugins and sound.. pls post them here.
2 things more: 1)..if a make a copy by burning an image of an original game..it will be a problem...like the dvd has some kind of protection?..because i made 2 copies of original dvdies and there were no errors in creating those images(pc original cd often have protection and burning failes) :eyemov
2)is it the bios that i have a good version....is there a diference between the versions of the bios files?...the people that used the emulator and worked i saw that they had used version scph10000 or something like that...an one more thing....how can i open the bios file without a ps2 dvd or image of the dvd game...i did not see in the emulator menu any options of that kind like in the emulator for ps1 (run bios or something..there is only the option run dvd/cd and run elf...what is the elf file?)excuse me for asking all this things but i am a novice yet

Search GOOGLE Website... Most Efficient way of finding stuff. See the Plugins of PCSX2 in NGEMU. or check up with the affliciates.About the Protection part of CD/DVD's use an intelligent ISO Maker, ALCOHOL 120% or Virtual Drive. What did you use anyways?

About the BIOS. Cant say much... I use SCPH39001.bin. Go to Run and execute, itll work the bios alone. Look with your eyes open.

I'm no expert in ELF i used only once. if you meet BOISTMAN, CKemu ask them.. They'll pass this section too.

Note that All games are nt playable. some shows menus , plays the game, others just blank. it'll be a matter of time till PCSX2 work with all games.

I have got a porblem that is nearly the same.
when I start I see the main sreen with browse and konfiguration.
The CD is in drive but nothing happes.
