where do you find the amperage. what is that. i think mine is 30a.
only 30 :O

if thats single rail @ 30 then it might be a problem.
nothing just yet. Check the label on the PSU first, all the amps are on there.
of everything you listed above, I only recommend you the mobo you listed in your first post.
You can reconsider everything else... lol
man, i dont understand anything any of you are saying. can you please answer my questions. what the hell is a mobo. which power supply should i buy because you guys say its bad and then nothing? Do i need a new power supply or not. do i need extra cooling and are those 2 memory sticks the same. the amperage is 30a and a bunch of number below that. its says max load. someone please help me
CHECK THE LABEL ON YOUR CURRENT PSU.

it will tell us the current ratings, and tell us whether you do actually need to upgrade

a mobo is a MOtherBOard
actually on another post i decided to buy a new one, this one. can someone confirm if its good.

You should be fine dude. With a little overclocking, you should be able to easily max out most games

Depends if they are sata or not.
If you have too many IDE drives, you might find more difficulty in plugging them in than actually setting them up.

Never have more than two IDE drives, at most. Even then, make sure they are the same type of hardware. Two IDE hard-drives should be easy to set up, two ROM drives in IDE should be easy.

Good luck finding the right cord to connect a ROM drive and an HDD. in master/slave.
