i was download the pscx2 and was have the bios scph39001.bin and SCPH10000.bin( please dont ask where i get it ) but i still can't play the game ( i try megamenx8 usa version, i create by Nero to make it to *.iso file ).

i was setting the bios, and the iso file and other setting when i excute the program the bios is running till Text "Playstation" is show and then the screen blank again...

i want to ask :

1.is ok i create the iso file from nero?,or any special program to do it?

2.there any bios for Indonesian Region ( because i am in there ) ?, or the bios is same like other country?

3.is patch is automatic enable if i check the menu > patch enable??? or any way i must to do for enable the patch for the game ( example megamanX8 )

Dude pcsx2 is for playstation2,you will need epsxe,pcsx or psxeven to play psx games.if your talking about the ps2 game if you had a brain and read you would see that you can't play any games with ps2 emulators.
