Go to CPU config and choose limited frame on PCSX2 config menu.
the emulator is playing too fast!
thats basically my problem. i did every little thing to try and play the emulator. finally i can use it.
and when i play CvS2, BOOM! 170 FPS!
makes it really unplayable. i tried upping the graphics to everything on at top resolution, but still nothing.
tried changing the graphics plugins but nothing!
also, i checked on the CMD screen that appears with the game that it shows at the end of the command a thing that says speedX12. does that mean i can slow it down? please help me.

does that happen because his PC too high end, and without enabling the limit fps?

I think CvS2 he mean is Capcom vs Snk 2, a 2D fighting game.
Remember that enabling speedhacks will also speed up the game, doesn't necessarily mean you have an uber machine. 
i have a big probes my pc is xp sp3 dual-core 7700 .9600 gcard 2gig ram when i run a iso game in the ps2 emulator i see the video for the game an stuff when i hit start and the game loads an error comes up (vtlb miss : addr 0x3C2E2D47 ,mode0) i am trying to play mortal kumbat showlin monk
