I use cdrwin to make iso's in .bin format with .cue sheets to burn them back with cdrwin.. But for ease of use, I use Fireburner to burn .bin files without any .cue sheets back onto a cdr.. I also have a few other burning programs since it's better to have other options when burn problems arrises..

CloneCD is probably the best for making good images of games, ecpecially with it's many different error fixing options, (ex retry failed read x number of times, amplify weak sectors, etc)
The only disadvantage of CloneCD is that you can't run CCD files as ISO's directly, you have to use daemon tools to make them a virtual drive first.
I wonder what this is doing in ePSXe discussion? Oh well..
