It's a joke, saying the Taliban is poor. Notice the tank in pic1, they can't afford real treads for the tank so they use their legs in place of treads. Look at pic2. Notice how the planes are too cheap to actually "fly", so they fly around on strings since they can afford real planes that fly. Get it? :emb:

EDIT: sorry about that. I edited the images so they will make sense :thumb:

You can buy them for about $10 from a milk bar.

They'd need a pretty powerful laser and a lot of power to reach the cockpit when the planes at peak height.

More scaring tactics, I predict soon anyone caught with a portable laser pointing device will be arrested and considered to be a terrorist.

Lasers are simply not feasible.

Why would a terrorist go through so much trouble to attempt to down a single craft when they could simply go into a subway and detonate 5-10KG of explosives?

Just a minor correction: It's "LASER", not "LAZER" :p

Laser stands for "Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation" ;)

/me hides again.

Thanks Botlzmann, I have a bad habit of using a z.
