I am going to go ahead and lock this because topics like this bring up all sorts of wild speculations and accusations and it just turns into a huge spamfest.

Your concerns are valid though, but I am afraid none of us have means of contacting martin or we would have done so months ago cuz donations have been down for almost a year now. Martin simply ceased activity without any sort of word and the unfortunate result of that is that no$gba 2.6a has been rendered ethically unavailable at this time.
