Hi!!! I am having the exact same problem! how was this solved? I tried run>execute but that takes me to that Bios thing... Help me please i have been trying for so many hours! This is insane... it just doesnt see the DVD (it does try to access it for sure as I can hear the DVD moving) when I use run>execute but when I use run CD/DVD it takes me to the spaceship game and after that it hangs up. PLEASE HELP!I updated the graph plugin and used the sound plugin you told
I aswell tried to start the game with the different spedhacks/without speed hacks but the problem still remains
The game loads up till here
I even can play the mini game but if i press start or the mini game ends this happens:
Pcsx crashes basically (german windows ;o)
51 fps even with frame skipping doesn't make a lot of sense, unless you're using VU skip, making the game unplayable anyway. That "trash" shows up in some levels, probably background effects applied incorrectly.Guys, got Tekken 5 running in 31-51fps - jumpy fps, but real is 18, while I'm writing this post without frameskip. And I think that's cool!!!, let we await for a new releases.
Got no real problems with launching, us bios (and eu bios does the same) slus_21059 - translated in Russian :dead: (rather bad one)
The biggest problem that annoys me is some kind of "trash" sprites in front of the screen in fight, did someone meet something like this?
Using pcsx2svn343 - the latest beta for now, ZeroGS KOSMOS 0.97, P.E.Op.S spu 1.6.0, Linuzappz iso cdvd 0.7.0, etc... Oh yes and US Bios 01.60,,, which I dumped by my bare hands of course

it depends, if you have a raw non-modchip dump of your bios, then use run->execute, youll find yourself going to the ps2 menu instead of the game loading.i still find it odd that PCSX2 is region free and ps2 consoles arn't.
it would make sense if you're using a US bios, you wouldn't be able to play PAL games, but thats not the case.
makes me wonder how the whole region-restriction works in the first place... perhaps the bios has nothing to do with it, and its the actuall ps2 hardware that prevents the playing of imported games
a lot work great on my core2duo E8200: SSX on tour, tekken 4, Dragon quest 8, kingdome hearts 1 and 2, Final fantasy 12, Super robot taisen alpha 3, okami, hokuto no ken, arcana heart, Dragon ball tenkaichi 3...etcDamn,,, I wanna play Tekken 5!!! %)))
Is any games on PS2 are playable on the emu?
How do you do that againMake sure you run the game in the native internal resolution to avoid the post-minigame crash.
