Hey FoxSevent, i necropost too because fuck you, i want to thank applepiejr as his solution is the only one i found that works, epsxe does indeed crash a legit copy of the tekken, i used ImgBurn v2.5.0.0 to merge all the tracks into one .bin and it now plays properly.
Well f you to buddy, I have clearly shown in now the deleted video that ePSXe has no issues with multi bin/multi tracks games, I have tested many multi tracks games all with no issues, therefore the issue lies somewhere else like a improper disc image downloaded from your moms porn site.

Heck if this truly was a multi track issue don't you think it would be fixed by now seeing as this thread is over a decade old?
No the Tekken credits crash is a case of a bad image going around online since 2007 because almost no one rips their own games back then and today, the fact that someone ripped the game into multiple bins is a proof that whoever made that image didn't know how to rip PS1 games.

Sorry for necropost but this is the first thing that comes up when searching "Tekken 3 crash" so I want to help anyone who would have this problem in the future like I did.

I managed to get it working after trying multiple different iso's from multiple sites and searching every forum I could on this issue. here's what I did:

The specific iso you want is called
Tekken 3 (Europe) PSX ISO
from cdromance. I can only give instructions for Duckstation because it's the emulator I use on android.

I kept everything in the folder it comes in with the 1 .cue and 3 .bins files.
In duckstation I opened that folder and tried to launch the .cue first but I got an error. Then I tried track3.bin, I thought I did something wrong by running track3.bin so I closed duckstation right away to try again.
But when I opened duckstation back up, the .cue file was in the main directory and it launched fine, I went through arcade mode and the credits played and sent me back to the menu like it should.

Sorry it's not much of an explanation, I'm not sure why it worked and I am very new to emulators but hopefully if you do the same as me, you can get it working too.

I just Switched to Duckstation emulator and I can confirm that the problem is solved, the credit
music plays like a charm. I guess the issue is related to 'epsxe' emulator like 'applepiejr' said. now that that I got little annoyed by this issue for searching and reading about it but, now I'm very thankful for finding an emulator way better than epsxe sits on top of this comparison list.

No way! Long live to zombie thread!!... 'cuz...
No way. The problem does still appearing to me. I was away of a PS1 emulation for quite a years so I met Duckstation, and now I'm on it again.
Composing a three tracks *.ccd image into one CUE+BUN didn't helped at all. The same old problem for 20 years occuring! I really don't remember but I saw the credits with music in ePSXe somehow, now I need it for Duckstation.
Any juggling with emulation settings didn't helped. I separately tried everything in settings -> console [CD-ROM Emulation] tab.
NOPE
Maybe I do should look for a proper rip or something.
Let's find out the truth, once for all! The exact thread is 16 years old already and still no crisp solution.

Bad Dump.

back up your game and it should have the same result on site REDUMP.

-- easy: check the hash using duckstation - BIN+CUE, MultiBIN+CUE or CHD

* open DuckStation; [standalone version]
* select the game; [just highlight it]
* right-click to open the pop-up / local menu;
* choose "Properties...";
* choose "Compute Hashes..."; [on the lower right side of the window]
* wait;

if the result is GREEN, your game backup is perfect. Good ROM/DUMP!

if the result is RED, bad backup, bad dump, BAD ROM.

-- or do it manually

bonus tip by u/ anievo: type powershell at Windows Explorer address bar, then:

Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA1 *.bin

Cool! Thanks.
I did have twice a bad dump. First of all it was in *.ccd format, and Duckstation just used *.img file with no sub-sectors

Then I've redumped the image from CCD (tested it in music player for tracks to present, the second one did not played.
Dumped to a single CUE+BIN, loaded in Duckstation, yep, second WAS bad.
REDOWNLOADED Image that looked like CUE+BIN1, BIN2, BIN3
(I only have a JP licensed disc and I really dunno where is it)
And now - everything is GREEN!

——> But the game still freezes all the same way. <——
CHEERS!

*UPD a minute later I thought that I've loaded a savestate to check, if the problem was fixed... But maybe I should run a clean boot with all the correct information in emulator loaded...
Sorry, I can check it only 12 hours later from now.

Save states can carry bugs, so if you loaded a state made on a bad dump that bug will still be present on a correct dump, it's always best to start fresh or load a sav file from memory card.
Here I recorded a test run and no freezing whatsoever.

Let's sum the crisp answer at last!
Tekken 3 hangs in the end of a game when could not find appropriate CDDA (redbook) track on the CD image it working with.
Problem could be:
Bad CD Driver of the Emulator
Bad dump of the game (including dumps in a wrong format, that emulator can't read, *.img instead of supposed image information like *.ccd)
Needs a fresh boot, no savestates loading that was made with an inappropriate image

ofernandofilo - described all of the steps to be sure the image is a good rip.

Tekken 3 is a true gem.
