Tekken 3 crash

After beating arcade mode and watching or skipping the ending video the screen fades to black and the credits don't start. The screen just stays black and inresponsive. Any ideas how can I fix this?

If you run the original CD on the emulator the game runs perfectly.
But I have no idea why Tekken 3 crashes when it is iso file...
