Tales of symphonia Lag

I am having problems with Tales of symphonia on my Dolphin gamecube emulator. Here are my sys specs :

Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) 140 processor 2.70 GHZ

RAM: 3gb (2.75 usable)

Mem: 4 gb

Yet, im having lag in battle and world map/voice lagging. Anyone have a build that I can use to play this game?

A single core Sempron, no matter how fast isn't enough to handle Dolphin.

Also, you might want to remove that email address... unless you want Viagra spam. No point in posting it anyway. This is a forum. People will reply here or send you a PM.

Ahh.... so im screwed on my tales game.... thanks for the removing email.... also thanks for the info.

Could i run it with these specs pretty well?

Intel Pentium Dual Core T4500 Processor;

4GB DDR3 RAM;(1333 MHz)

320GB SATA Hard Drive(5400 RPM)

2.3 GHz Intel Pentium T4500 dual-core processor with 1 MB L2 cache and 800 MHz front side bus (FSB).

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500HD with support for DirectX 10 games.

I can run the game pretty well and even with the DSP LLE compiler so the music works, but when I'm on the world map and in battles, I go down to 70-75% speed. I know I'm being super picky, but how can I speed this up? My rig is fairly powerful (and in my signature), and I don't know what's bringing the emulation down. I already set priority to high in task manager.
Here are pictures of all my settings.

I have nothing highlighted in the advanced section.

WingedOdin is back.

I have a previous post, but that was an old computer I have since bought a new one and was wondering what settings I should run Tales of Symphonia on with the Dolphin Emulator.

Processor: AMD Turion(tm) II P540 Dual-Core Processor 2.40 GHz

My Video Card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series

My installed ram is 4Gigs

And i run Windows 7 64 bit on it, It runs both WoW and Skyrim perfectly fine at the same time with virtually no lag on both games. Is it possible I should get a new Graphics card? If it helps these specs are for my laptop.
