Imgkk .| advanced free image hosting

Whenever I get to this point the emulator just freezes, I've searched the forum for what options are troublesome for the game. I disabled "Idle Skipping" and "Other Audio throttle" and I still get the lock ups in to different revisions; R 3283 and R 2165. So could anyone tell me if there is any other option I could enable or disable or tell me a rev which I should be using I would really appreciate it.

EDIT: My copy is NTSC-U by the way.

I can't seem to find the debugger option.

Alright now I'm getting these errors in debug mode. "Error loading plugins/Plugin_DSP_HLE.dll" followed by "Can't init DSP plugin" then I get "Couldn't init the core. Check your configuration." I used to get these errors before I updated my DirectX earlier today so I don't know whats up.
