Is the any program that will rip the battle voices form this game? Maybe a Susie Plugin plugin....
I've tries PSXMC, but all I get are blank wavs

Because you typically don't need to say you don't know the answer . Not posting anything gets the same message across without making needless posts.

if you're a coder, you could dig through the code and make a proggy yourself.

First of all, I'm no expert so I don't even know if it's possible, but let's give it a shot:

Perhaps there's a plugin with which you can disable any battle music so that only sound effects will be emulated/played. You could try to record it and cut out the voices.

Now I know this perhaps isn't what you were looking for but it might get the job done as well
