I desire to install Linux SuSE, but I do not know that version is better 8,2 or 9,2 and if this program is good or is better to install another one linux. or which advantages have one on another one... I wait for a good advice

I'd go for the newest version you can find since it'll have all of the latest programs on it, etc.

you could try out the live cd verion they have to see if u like it
