My System
Intel Core 2 Duo e8300 2.83ghz
4GB DDR2
ATI Radeon 4670
OS: Windows Vista Ult 32x

Emu csx 0.9.6
Pluging : GSdx 0.1.14 ( I tried many older gsdx Pluging but none seem to work )
- Spu2 -X 1.1.0
-LilyPad
-Linuz Iso CDVD
DEV, USB, Firewire : null

CPU : EErec, VU0, VU1, Multi Threaded All Checked
SpeedHack : None
Advanced: Defaults ( i tried various options but none work )

These screenshot showed the graphic problem with, the good quality one is i copied from gamefaqs.
- One more thing, I did search through the entire pcsx2 forum but i seen none about Suikoden Tactics Graphic problem.
- There a Post in ScreenShot thread about suikoden tactics, i tried to mimic all the pluging list in there but no luck. So any help would be thankful.

I'm having the same problem, with that brown transparent layer covering the whole screen. You can change the graphic renderer to 'directx (software)' but it runs much slower.

i got exactly the same problem, i'm using the 0.9.6 pcsx2 version
any idea how to fix it yet?

Do this choose for graphic engine from Config--->Configure, The ZeroGS 0.97.1 then Configure the engine and at the Advanced Options Choose No Target CLUT - 00001000 and you ll be ok
