What's the best sound setting for Suikoden 2?
I find glitches with epsxe spu core

You could try Eternal SPU, it's the best for most games, IMO. Pete's DSound is also a good option.

Pete's drops sounds in Suikoden 2 err wait I don't know about the latest one though. Probably fixed. But personally I'd go with Eternal over Andy's over Pete's in that order.
