i am still on the first disk, i am on the earth dragons isle, and i can't push the big rock into the sand jet(the one on the bottom floor), i was wondring if it may be a problem with the emulator

there's nothing wrong with the emu... i guess...

Try finishing the Water Dragon Isle first ... and the others as well...

I forgot the exact order...

The problem you described -
it's very unlikely the emulator caused it.

I think you have to put a dynamite there to throw the rock down. The dynamite you get with someone nearby.
