This is apparently Streets of Rage 3D, a beta of a fourth installment in the franchise. Just thought it could have been something good for Sega for once! Would be interesting to see a Streets of Rage 4 come out.

its not a sega game, its either a mod or beta of fighting force, which is a terrible game so either way it will be terrible
