When attempting to load the ISO for Gran Turismo 4 (which I would assume is supported, due to the presence of patches labelled for in the Patch Browser), the console reads out "patches not found can't apply patches crc=008e35b". THe game loads through the copyright screen, through the static welcome screen, then the program crashes. Any advice?



PS: If someone says "read the FAQ"... I did.

Its not supported, guess you missed the 99% of all games dont show anything part in the faq. The fact you saw anything at all is lucky

If you assume a game is supported due to the presence of patches, sorry to tell you, but you're wrong.

The patches only skips movies, they don't make the game playable.

If the console reads "patches not found can't apply patches crc=008e35b"
that's because you have a different version of the game.

You should try reading ckemu's guide to make patches, and make your own.
Although you shouldn't hope that it will allow you to play the game stable.
