Strangely, this game does not recognize my memory card. Any ideas?

i dont know try to go to www.aldostools.com maybe there can be a kind of patch to solve that problem...or maybe the problem is in the memory card..try to use in all kinds of memmory cards,

All memory card related problem should be tried to be solved by pressing f4 or f5.Try it.

I agree with prafull. F4 is the key. Press it before saving in your memory card. That should do it.

I would, but I'm not allowed to even try saving. It says thare's no memory card, so I can't go to the save screen.

Press F4 before it searches for your memory card.

It's right when the game loads. Well, I'll try. If that doesn't work, I'll stick to savestates.

Then check SIO IRQ always enabled before loading the game. That's what F4 do. It enable/disable SIO IRQ.
