This is probably a old problem, but a problem none the less. Anyone have trouble getting through the town of Clik?

After Clik is destroyed, you have to go up the stairs to "talk" among yourselves. When you do, you get paused for a MDEC I think, and...

Poof!

The game just goes black with no sound or anything.


I'm just curious if anyone found out how to overpass this WITHOUT using another emulator. Namely EpsxE.

This is a problem with ePSXe,give FPSe a try or VGS,you can fix it in ePSXe for now,sorry.

I haven't been able to find a way around the problem, I just copied the memcard and got past it on Bleem on my friends computer (Bleem doesn't seem to like my computer ). It laso locks up during another MDEC when Leon fires some big gun to fry some monsters... but in locks up after the MDEC, not before.
