yeah, i was hoping if someone could help me configure my epsxe with Star Ocean. im trying to get the voices to play right. they start but cut off soon after, like it only lasts for a second before the voice cuts off.
i have:
GeForce MX 4000
mem. 128
sys. proc: AMD Athlon with SSE

can anyone help? its much appreciated.

Get the Eternal SPU 1.4.1 on my siguature below.
Use these settings: DSound, SPUasync, Smooth with a buffer of 32.
