Anniversary release, the Saturn was released 11 years ago (in japan).

changelog mostly sez sound improvements (FM synth mounted, LFO improved) and other sound related stuff (the recently killed sound options may be readded in the future because of the numerous requests).

The author sez that most functions are now implemented, and that he wants to work on bugfixing and adding the remaining few missing functions, but he doesn't have enough time to work on it so updates may be scarce from now on.

Thanks for the translation, Borisz. As usual :)

The crash occured for me as well when I first ran the emulator. But the second time it was fine. I set up the BIOS, checked the configuration, and it runs great.

Shining Force III Scenario 1 now runs!! It didn't work in the previous 7 alpha R3 version, now there are a few minor glitches (the text is slightly affected but entirely readable, and for some reason the old man on the main screen disappeared after I changed windows, but it doesn't seem to be a reproducible bug).
