Most likely not, but it'll be the smallest gaming computer you've ever seen. 
And I'll be needing just that.
Quite honestly, though, since I have my PS3 and 360, the need for a gaming PC is debatable unless StarCraft 2 requires a stellar system. In which case, I'll finally put it together. Right now, I'm pretty much lost in Fable 2.
Or maybe I'll put it together once I have accumulated the wealth to purchase that Wacom Cintiq I've always wanted.

Nice cooler, looks like the one on my 4870. The problem is that it'll blow more than half the heat in your case. I hope you've got decent cooling

Only downside, imo, keeping the front of the card sealed and using the fan to draw air from the rear of the card, and out the slot vents would've been a better design.
