After a long pause I had I'm back into gaming :p Great thing is that I "discovered" Sport games once more :) I'm suprised of quality and replayability they offer! Currently playing and enjoying Fight Night 2 and Pro Evolution Soccer 4. Great stuff there!
So I wonder what other sport game I should look into? I tried playing NHL at the local store but it somehow didn't seem mine kind of a game. So I'm thinking NBA and NFL perhaps? I haven't played sport games since NES days so I had no idea how far they've come :p I like this kind of suprises :)

Any other games I've failed to remember?

Wrestling games can be pretty nice, if you would consider it a sport. There's nothing better than being a referee in a match between a brother and a friend

You can't go wrong with either of the modern day NFL franchises... both EA's Madden and ESPN are great (although starting this year it'll be strictly EA for the next few years). However, if you haven't played since the NES days, it'll be a harsh learning curve (it also requires alot more actual knowledge of football to really know what you're doing).

The NBA games, at least the sim ones aren't nearly as good as the NFL ones. The Sega/ESPN 2k series is better than EA's NBA Live series, but only marginally so... regardless, both feel far more flawed and "fake" than the NFL games. If you're a fan though you can still have fun with them. My favorite basketball game is NBA Street Vol. 3, although it's a very arcade-style game with super high jumping and crazy moves and stuff... very fun stuff, but you won't like it if you're only into realistic sim style.
