Hi,
in the FF9 game settings I set battle speed to fast and ATB to active, but the battles are still really slow. Is there any way I can speed it up with Duckstation?

I don't think so. Had the same problem in another games but failed to fix it. It is better to try mod apk games.

Under hotkeys assign a button to either fast forward or turbo and under emulation set the max speed you want it to go.
