ok I have a problem with epsxe with its speed
I am playing a game and when they have the talk window its fine right speed but when there not talking its all speed up and in battle its hard to get critical hits on the gadge seeing its running faster then its ment to

my pc is
celeron 466
dimmon viper 770 untra
128meg ram
(iso on harddrive)

Make sure you have frame limiting turned on, 50 fps for pal 60 for ntsc

why cant it be more like vgs (with other games) on there speed??

maybe you need to try another SPU plugin.. What is your current config btw?

Did you put the manual frame limit and check Use FPS limit?

no I did not set it to "use fps limit"
I feel so stupid I am not a newbee and I overlooked o well I could just kick my self
