Speed and Sound Problems with ePSXe?

Too fast? Go CONFIG--->VIDEO--->CONFIGURE
Set FPS Limit to 60 and Use FPS Limit.

No sound? Go CONFIG--->SOUND
Enable the top three checkboxes.

Running from CD or ISO?

I am running the games from ISO.
When I tried to use the FPS Limit and set the Limit to 60 the game would not even load. When I unchecked the FPS Limit box the game worked, but then it was fast, 500 FPS, again.
As for the sound, I checked the top 3 boxes and it still didn't do anything, prolly because the game is running so fast.
Any other suggestions?

What game was this on?

I was trying to play Final Fantasy Tactics and any other games that I tried playing. But then I noticed on the bottom left hand corner of configuration there is a Fast and a Nice button. I click on Nice and it auto changed my configuration. I then played it on that setting and the games seem to work fine now. Soo I guess that fixed it!
