Hello.
A few days ago, I downloaded PcsX 0.81 and i saw that there wasn't spanish translation. Then , i decided to translate my own pcsx and share it, but.....
i can't convert the *.mo file to *.po because the msgfmt.exe doesn't run in my pc (i think....)
In the MS-DOS console i write msgfmt pcsx2.mo -o pcsx2.po and it dont do anything.
Please, how can i do it?¿
