Soyo USB Playstation Controller adapter?

I've heard of Soyo producing a USB Playstion Controller Adapter:

But I can't seem to find these available locally or online?

First off how well do they work? Does the dual shock work well? Do you still need to use the DPad Drivers or does Soyo have their own? Are these the same adapters that you can find on Ebay for $30 or so?

I didn't find the SOYO adapter, but PSXemu.com has some similar things. The second product on this page looks good because it supports the rumble function.
