Sound card question

I'm intrested in getting a new sound card and can't decide between the 2 see linky below.Will mostly be used for games and playing dvds and mp3. What is the difference between the two card? The only difference i can see is that the gamer got a sink on the chip and the price.For the price diff. is it really worth getting the gamer over the Audio version?Does the Audio version also supports EAX 4 and 5?

Neither, both are crap, have crappy drivers, and are a virus on all XP and Vista users in the world.
