Just some things I have seen around here that lead to the following question:

SA2B PAL has been proven to work, whilst my SA2B NA does not. I am using Dolphin SVN R 5286, dual core enabled, idle skipping, JIT recompiler, openGL, DSP-HLE, and standard GC and Wiimote plugins. Speed is low, understandably due to my pc specs. But, while playing, a trail of orange sparks flows behind the character, making them nearly impossible to see. Is this a regional version issue, my computer, or the version of dolphin?

AFAIK, the "squared sparks" problem should've been fixed a while ago (I don't remember when)... Using more recent revisions will probably help.
