I have Sonic Adventure DX - Director's Cut for both PC and gamecube and out of curiosity, I tried the gamecube version on the emulator dolphin.
What I found weird is how the game "ran better" emulated than the native port. Besides having no glitches and running at full speed, scaling up the resolution like with other gamecube games made it look better than the PC version and in addition, the control problems were eliminated as well (on the PC version, the camera kept turning non-stop due to the lack of or too narrow dead zones on the analog sticks).
This really goes to show you how little effort is put into certain PC ports when emulators can run the game better.
