If it still doesn't work, try routing your connection through a free proxy to test it. There are a number a failures that can occur in the internet packet routing pipeline that cause certain locations on the internet to temporarily not be able to connect to others. Either that or the DNS server being used is screwed up. Using a proxy will route your connection through a different path, allowing you to bypass the problem. I've encoutered similar problems myself, but only a few times and they never lasted that long. If the problem won't stop, you may have to contact your ISP.
