SLOW mdecs @ Valkyrie Profile

This is confusing.... the game runs @ 60fps but the mdecs run @ 25fps!!! The mdecs of the other games run perfectly @ 60fps...
Can anyone help me?

I'm using pete's ogl plugin, internal spu and pete's cd plugin
