There are other resoloutions, but they are on Progressive Scan capable TVs (Expensive ones.
An 'i' after the name denotes interlaced (half-height) resolution (PAL and NTSC standards are both interlaced). A 'p' denotes progressive (full-height) resolution. The name usualy shows the vertical resolution (480p is 640x480 progressive for example)
