Open up the PC and check for anything thats lose first ex. ram, video card, sound card etc.. even all the cords. It is not the hard drive because it would tell you that there is just no drive.
Second. If the above does not work: did you just add something to your pc hardware wise? if so the power function although not likely the problem could shut it down via a UPS thats overloading etc...
