Shader Affects

Any one know of any shader plugins I am running a new computer and forgot to transfer over all my PSX files so there gone(I know super fail on my part) I use to have a good plugin that made FF9 look sooooo good but i cant remeber the name.

how do you even add different shaders? I just have the video plugin...

And can you show me the difference between said shaders? Or explain them?
