Does anyone else have to click the NOZ window for it not to screw up? Seems if I don't when I load a game, I get a transparency effect or weird menu effects until I unhide the no$gba screen and rehide it. This occurs loading Mario and Luigi Partners in Time and doesn't seem to be affected by scale, filtering, or refresh settings, just clicking the window or not. Click the window and it works properly. It only occurs at the title screen of the game.
