I got one sugestion for graphics disable FPS limit ePSXe comes with a build in limiter, but if you want to continue using the gpu frame limiter than at least put frame limit to autodetect or change it to 60, 10 FPS is to low...

alright, so the FPS limit is off.

i'm still not convinced that i'm taking full advantage of my graphics card's capabilities, as limited as they must be considering it's integrated.

you can try playing around with the texture filtering but i would not go beyond that really.
