You didn't list the CPU, which is the most important thing for PCSX2.

Anyway, looking up that model, it appears to have an AMD Athlon X2 2850e (1.8GHz), which is slow for PCSX2.

The GPU is slow. It's onboard.

The PC is a small form factor, and OEM, which means basic cooling and no overclocking (which PCSX2 likes, and would help with slower speed CPUs).

Don't expect full speed in most things.

A few pointers would be to use native internal drawing resolution and a low display resolution. Play around with speed hacks for more speed, but they will cause issues (glitches and crashes).

Okay, so it's a bit faster that what the model is said to commonly have, but it will barely make a difference. What I said is what you can expect.

You can get away with your dual core cpu at 2Ghz for some games...but I'm afraid your video card and pcsx2 don't go along together too well because your gpu is not up for such task.
