32-Bit OS
Geforce 9200M GS

I want to record videos using Fraps for Youtube, of myself playing, I use Eternal Soung Plugin, and have most of Petes plugins for video.

What settings should I run ePSXe on for FF7 to run without slowing down, if possible?

I have a quad phenom 2 940 BG 3.00GHZ and I don't lose any frames at all when I record. I think you should be just fine.
