Well so far I've gotten pretty much evey game I've ever tried to run in epsxe but I can't seem to get "Sentient" to work. I tried it briefly on a PS2 and am rather interested in playing it. (I have issues with playing on consoles/tv's though. ;P)

(Pal version)

when I run it epsxe shows a black screen then quits. Though if I switch to a software gfx plugin it'll flash up the copyright warning, then quit.

Anyone have any clue how to get this working? I've tried in both windows and linux versions of expse with various diferent plugins and random settings. ;P

Had to try it on my housmate's computer since I don't have windows isntalled atm. (Or ASPI drivers for Wine/Cedega in linux. ;P) but no luck there.

I noticed epsxe gives off an error in windows though. (I'm sure it never did it back when I was runnign windows).
"Error running ePSXe

SPEC Opcode 34 UNK (PC 00000874) (000000b0) (374,297)"

I think there was some simylar error in PSXeven's log too. But I guess it's unlikly anone'll have a clue what that means. :(

Same problem running from an image. Though I've been looking around and found another emulator that works under linux, PCSX. with a bit of prodding I found the "Enable Interperter CPU" seems to get it past that point. Only problem is it skips the movies now (with a fiew brief glitychy noises) but at least I'm getting somewhere.

The disk IS an x-rental thoguh but it played fine in the ps2 and I've tried it on multiple pc's.
