Search Instead of Open?

I am having all kinds of issues :eyemove: I did something in my file folders and now when I double click to open a folder it pops open a search window?

I have to right click and select open to open any folder. How do I fix this stupid problem?

EDIT: Sorry Discard This Thread!!! Had to run REGSVR32 /i SHELL32 to fix this issue.
