Screen tearing after fixing full screen with DPI override

I had a problem getting full screen to be center no matter what resolution set, with research I seen that going to the properties of the appplication of ePSXe and turn on DPI override will fix that, well it DID fix the centering for fullscreen, but now i have terrible terrible screen tearing. i only get the screen tearing when the DPI Override is on,
plz help

Probably bit late but best advice is to switch to Duckstation a much newer and better ps1 emulator.

ePSXe was never updated to be completely compatible with Windows 7 or newer so it probably doesn't work well with DPI scaling plus you'll have easier time centering and cropping the image in Duckstation
